I recently asked a simple question about SSD which brought up a lot of things that should and should not be done with SSD. Although some things where mentioned, after seeing how SSD is different than a magnetic drive, I believe there is more things to be aware of.

What I should be aware of to get the most out of my SSD?

> what I should be aware of to get the most out of my SSD is much too vague. If you are concerned about specific issues (e.g. degrading performance over time), have a look at TRIM, as @Breakthrough said. – slhck Aug 18 '11 at 16:03

Also, have a look at The SSD Bible by OCZ. – Breakthrough Aug 18 '11 at 16:04

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.
