Has anyone come across a situation where office communicator repeatedly locks Active directory accounts. I have had a number of users that keep asking for their AD accounts to be unlocked. When we uninstall MOC 2007 R2 the problem goes away.
I heard that MOC caches some credentials so this can be a problem if the user changed their windows password but don’t know where it is or how to clear this cache.
