I have Win 7 on a USB stick, non-iso. How do I get an iso of that?

Personally I would prefer to use Imgburn. It's very easy to use and free. I use it all of the time. Have a look at it!

ImgBurn is a lightweight CD / DVD / HD DVD / Blu-ray burning application that everyone should have in their toolkit!

The easiest way I can think of would simply be to download the Windows 7 ISO image from Microsoft.

These servers are a Microsoft-certified source and are legal to download from, all you actaully need is a legal licence (your product key) to use the OS.

32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium x86 ISO:

Digital River: http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msvista/pub/X15-65732/X15-65732.iso

64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium x64 ISO:

Digital River: http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msvista/pub/X15-65733/X15-65733.iso

32-bit Windows 7 Professional x86 ISO:

Digital River: http://msft-dnl.digitalrivercontent.net/msvista/pub/X15-65804/X15-65804.iso

64-bit Windows 7 Professional x64 ISO:
