You need a motherboard with 2 PCI-E ports. If it has this then yes, otherwise, no. (edit: on checking, it appears that mobo mentioned does have 2 pci-e ports) – Sirex Aug 24 '11 at 8:06
bear in ind when you use 4 displays like this you lose the ability to enable crossfire / sli i.e: the ability to combine the power of both cards into one, although you can turn this on/off easy enough inside windows or whatever. – Sirex Aug 24 '11 at 8:08
