I have an HP laptop and an Intel WiFi card (Advanced-N 6200). The whitelist in the HP Insyde BIOS allows the same model card from HP, but not a Dell. How can I change the 2 bytes that are the subsystem ID on the card? I've seen some blog posts about older Intel cards, where a Linux program called ethtool did the job.

Thanks, Sara
