I am getting mails on behalf of when ever someone sending a mail to the group instead of his email address, which causing me to send the mail to that particular persons folder manually

can any one please suggest how can i remove that

This is normal. I usually use "Reply To All" and remove the sender but keep the group. – Randolph West Aug 25 '11 at 21:56
