I'm trying to install an unsigned activex-component required by this old cms, on this brand new machine with win7/ie9 on it, but it wont let me install an unsigned component, even though i put the site into trusted sites and even allowed everything in the internet-zone in the ie9.
I can download the cab and extract it but i am unable to install the files within that package, regsvr32 doesnt work either.
any suggestions? any tools for manually installing activex'es or forcing them to install?
