I used Windows Live Movie Maker to edit the file, and I ended up with a wmv file that was twice as large as the original asf file! My motive to split the file was to reduce the size, not increase it.
Any other free application to edit/split asf file or fix this issue with windows live movie maker?
To clarify: There is an asf file that has unwanted segments. I want to remove them.
