I have a love-hate relationship with Office Mac 2011 and, especially with the recent release of OS X Lion, have been considering a switch to iWork instead. While there are certainly tutorials for using iWork itself, I haven't been able to find a good guide that covers switching from the Office equivalents - Word to Pages and Excel to Numbers, the latter especially.

I'm seeking something of the form "If you know how to do X in Excel, here's how you do that in Numbers" for your ship-of-the-line data-manipulation tasks.

Any recommendations?
