So, long story short, my computer had some issues a couple of weeks ago, so I restarted it after making some changes. Upon restarting it booted into Ubuntu, and I wanted Windows 7, so I restarted it again. I received a Grub Error message:

But I have been unable to use any boot rescue process that I have tried. These include using both disc based and USB based Ubuntu 11.04 and Windows 7 installations, because they always start but just stop midway through. Ubuntu stops on line "NET : Registered protocol family 1." Windows 7 stops while either "Loading Windows," or I can get this error message if I try the USB install (I think):

Anyways, after all that I though it might be hard drive or memory related, but I have run diagnostics on both and they all came up good, and I fixed a minor error with my hard drive. Also, when I start my computer up I get the following:

The motherboard is a A79A-S, by Foxconn. I purchase it from Newegg 2 1/2 years ago. I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
