The RIGHT shift key on my Microsoft 4000 wireless keyboard came off when the cat knocked it off the desk. Seriously! When I put it back on it won't spring up, just stays down. There is a plastic (large) U-shaped piece around the opening for the key. I got it back in the key before I put it back on but it still won't spring up. How do I fix it?
