I am looking for an existing online document/file sharing solution that can fulfill the following:

We want to share say 50 different files publically with anyone we supply a link to. However, we want every user to only be able to download 1 of these files and that file should then not be available to subsequent users (they would have to download one of the remaining 49 files).

So in short every user can download only one of our files and that file is then removed from the queue of available downloads.

Does anyone know of a possible solution?

It's mainly used for selling downloads but you should be able to use e-junkie for this. From what I've read on their site you can limit the stock of the item. I'm not sure if it will work for you but it's worth looking into.
