Can I tunnel traffic using PuTTY without administrator privileges on a client computer? Consider ssh, Firefox, etc.

SSH/putty supports the dynamic tunneling mode (-D) which acts like a SOCKS proxy. You don't need admin privileges to run putty as there's no control on special ports on Windows. – billc.cn Sep 5 '11 at 22:20
