In windows XP there is a list of programs by the time in the start menu. There is a little arrow that can expand the program list to show all the programs. The problem is that I often click this arrow, then have to race the arrow before it collapses in on itself about 1/2 second after I try to get to one of those programs.
Is there any way to expand the programs list and either A. Keep them expanded permanently or better yet B. Don't collapse the list so damn fast. Leave it to a respectable human accessible time...say 4 seconds or so.
