I helped my mom out with a computer issue last week via EasyConnect. This week, tried connecting 3 times with 3 different passwords and couldn't connect. Didn't get an error, it just seemed to never resolve the client. Same computers on both ends both times.
The only thing I can think of is that I had a Remote Desktop Connection open at the same time. Is there a conflict between the two? What else could it be?
