I have a TV tuner card, working fine on Windows XP.

Can I view some free TV channels without any cable connection?
In my case: Doordarshan,etc. in India.

Please suggest if there are any tricks for the same.

You could always attach a normal tv-antenna to your TV tuner card. – Nifle Sep 11 '11 at 12:09
