Will not start and no lights come on.

I am not a computer tech. but can this be fixed by myself? What part needs to be replaced to get this operable? Is it worth fixing?

Is the battery flat? Do you have it plugged into the AC? If you plug it into the AC do any lights come on? – Windos Sep 12 '11 at 3:53
