I am having trouble with both IE and Firefox.
I have completely clear out the browser history from both browsers before shutting down. When I start the computer up the next time, the browser will hang for up to a minute when loading certain websites. For example the site http://wallbase.cc/toplist will hang for up to a minute before it fully loads the images. Again, this is happening in both IE and Firefox. What is the issue?

Not enough info. It might be some other process hogging resources, some add-on acting crazy, some malware sending all your private data etc. You can use YSlow or some other profiler to see what's keeping firefox from completing the load, and Process Explorer to see what's the stack trace of the hard-working threads. – eran Sep 12 '11 at 16:20
