I have been trying to backup my mailbox store using Attix 5 but it keeps giving me an error.

Error: 22:38:52 [MS Exchange Plugin] Could not backup D:\Exchange Databases\Store\Mailbox Database.edb : (ExchangeException) Could not backup file
Error: 22:38:52 [MS Exchange Plugin] Backup of storage group First Storage Group failed.
Error: 22:38:52 [MS Exchange Plugin] Could not close backup instance for First Storage Group: HrESEBackupTruncateLogs failed (Error returned from an ESE function call (%d).)
Error: 22:38:52 Unable to recover from exception in backup process

Can anybody help me please?
