A-button causes a quick caps-lock flash when on Synergy client on Windows

Question

Whenever I press the A-button on my Windows computer through Synergy the caps-lock does a quick flash. Otherwise this behavior is only triggered when using caps-lock (although then the flash is a bit longer). This doesn't happen when running as server. Both computers are running Synergy 1.4.4.
