I need to have the news of some sites like CNN, BBC, and Reuters for my research. I want to know how I can download RSS contents of these sites from almost 10 years ago. I used GoogleReaderAPI but it seems silly.
Thank you for your help.

News feeds do not automatically come with permanent archives; usually they only contain the latest 20 or so entries. Google Reader might possibly be the only service archiving newsfeeds. Sometimes the feeds are archived by Wayback Machine, but it only contains periodical snapshots (if you're lucky – every month). | |||||
