I've got a Dell Studio XPS 1640 laptop. I would like it to be able to Wake on LAN when it's been hibernating.
I've no problem if my laptop is in sleep state - it works, but when it is in hibernate, it does not work.
It seems there are no options for this in BIOS. I've download Dell Client Configuration Utility, created exec with wake on LAN options. However, when I run it, it says that it cannot enable such options.
Does Wake on LAN work differently when PC is hibernating and sleeping?
What else could I change?
