How can I take a video of documents (pages are in very high quality, and that if scanned could easially be converted to text with OCR...) and convert it to text? I know that SRI has basically exactly what I'm looking for, but I'm looking for freeware, shareware, or trial software that I can buy I think it works.
What are my options?
