There is a bash shortcuts like [ctrl-j] ("enter"), ctrl-h and others. How to make windows 7 to act this way?

I prefer Cygwin as it comes not only with bash, but all the tools that M$ seems to forget (grep, sed, awk, etc.) – qor72 Sep 21 '11 at 15:27

Most of the bash keybindings are a form of emacs keybindings, so perhaps you should look in to enabling emacs-type keybinding in Windows text fields. – phogg Sep 21 '11 at 17:05
