Here is what I would like to do :

  • Stream the content of my SATELLITE TV via Wi-Fi from my Mac to a PS3, a PC and an iPad

  • Change channels independently on each device, if possible

I've checked out EyeTV, but since it's satellite TV, would I need an IR Blaster?

My dish is from Bell TV in Canada.

Independent channel changing is a no-go. Your receiver box (supplied by the satellite co) is the "tuner", so you need a separate box for every channel you want to have going at once - and pay for separate accounts for each box.

Wireless broadcast is best accomplished via an rf xmitter/receiver set - you can find them on amazon, just look for wireless video. Be advised that theyre petty susceptible to structural interference, so if your xmitter and receivers are on separate floors you may be sol.
