I have a couple of micro USB Bluetooth adapters which you can use to pair with phones and so on.
I wanted to know if you can set up the adapter to act as a Bluetooth hub/hotspot where it is visible to outside BT devices, like phones? Is there a way the phone(s) can see the adapter before even initiating a pairing process from the adapter itself?
