I'm sure everyone has heard of ELIZA and her successor ALICE. Apparently nowadays Cleverbot, the successor of Jabberwacky has come in the limelight with a Turing result of 59%, only a few percentage off the score of humans. I'm looking for ongoing projects that are more targeted towards asian languages. Unfortunately Cleverbot seems to only support English.
If possible I'm looking for perl implementations of a Japanese chatbot so I could integrate it with my program. a search through cpan gave me nothing so far ..
