The only thing that makes transmit "great" for me is the ability to edit remote files without even knowing they're uploaded, what the transmit as a app do itself is creating a index-4234234ffd.php file uploading it then removing the old index.php and rename index-4234234ffd.php to index.php (piece of art)
this is not the situation with "mount as disk" openning remote file with save ... locks file for a second (deppends on connection). I love to edit on remote server and wondering how to do that without locking the files (annoying)
