My iTunes 10.4.1's App Store is not work.

When i open that App Store , its doesn't show any files and any text.

There is a plain surface. My connections is also good.

How can i do that?

Please let me know if you can.

I am not sure so will not post this as a proper answer yet, but doesn't iTunes for Windows rely on Safari/Webkit for rendering the Store? Have you by chance removed Safari from your system? – Gerry Sep 28 '11 at 8:21

Seems unlikely to me that the Safari uninstaller would also uninstall WebKit if iTunes was installed. But it's probably worth uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes anyway to see if it helps, if you haven't already. – scottishwildcat Sep 28 '11 at 11:00
