Upgraded to firefox 7.0.1 on Linux, but whenever I change the proxy settings under "Network Proxy Preferences" within Gnome to Manual proxy configuration, firefox does not pick it up.
Firefox is configured with "Use system proxy settings" and while checking about:config I see these lines:
network.proxy.http_port 0
network.proxy.no_proxies_on localhost, 127.0.0.1
network.proxy.type 5
This also did not work on previous versions of Firefox but works fine on Chrome. I have to manually tell firefox to use my proxy.
