Can anyone point me to an application that would broadcast over the network a panic / notification alarm to all clients with a listening application? I have both Windows and Mac machines. I am looking for something like the old school Microsoft Messenger Service, but not as gimpy. I have a secretary that sits up front and she wants to be able to silently notify other people in the office when someone suspicious walks in.
