Android is the leading competitor to iOS for Tablet and Smartphone OSes. Each company usually has their own spin of Android to give it their personal touch. HTC has HTC Sense, Motorola has MotoBlur, Samsung has TouchWhiz. They all have their own pluses and minuses. However, they still all use the same basic core OS (or different versions 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, etc)
