When starting debugging from visual studio on a SilverLight 4 application, Internet Explore (default browser) is launched in the background.
I have to tab, click on the taskbar, or minimize windows on top of it to view Internet Explorer. It isn't minimized, but just not started on top. Also, with multiple monitors (IE on one, and VS on another) IE still starts in the background. If it's monitor window is empty IE is shown and focused correctly.
I don't have any breakpoints set in Visual Studio or anything else that would give Visual Studio focus.
