I have tried installing WordPress on Windows 7 through the Windows Platform Installer 3.1. 4 steps out of 5 went well but the last step was to install the MySQL Server which then kept hanging for 10 minutes. I tried then uninstall it and I couldn't. I had painfully to restore the PC to an earlier stage.
Does anyone has an idea how to install it correctly?
