I have 4 different computers running 3 different operating systems in my home office. I need for all computers to have access to files created on either one of the computers as long as the computer is connected to the home network (wired or wifi). What's the best way to setup a home NAS so that all my files are accessible to all my computers on my home network?

If you buy one, this process is pretty self explanatory - after all, that's what NAS are made for. And it totally depends on the NAS' software how you do that. – slhck Oct 10 '11 at 6:40
