I'm trying to set a static Local IP on my Windows 7 machine. It works fine until I reboot. When I reboot it have to use "Resolve Issues" to fix it. It says that DHCP was disabled although I have set this and it still show.

IP => 10.0.0.99

DNS = 216.146.35.35

any Idea why?
