This question came from our site for professional and enthusiast programmers.

What language are you using? Also, not everyone talks with gaps between words. –  Brad Oct 12 '11 at 15:18
Its english, the gaps are deliberately there so we can split the file... –  user648026 Oct 12 '11 at 15:39
No, what programming language are you using. –  Brad Oct 12 '11 at 16:28
Oh silly me, Since its one time job only – I am looking for a tool that will do the work, But if I won’t have a choice I can write this in C or C# or Java –  user648026 Oct 12 '11 at 18:04
