I am not sure what permissions svn needs.
We tried to run cleanup on a svn repository using tortoise svn. It gives error message
"cleanup failed to process following paths" c:/mysolution/ "can't remove directory" c:/mysolution/.svn/tmp/prop-base "access is denied"
