I use Windows Live Photo Gallery (WLPG) to manage my pictures. I am trying to use Windows Live Mesh (WLM) to try to sync my photo collection between my computers. For the most part it works fine but the tags created in WLPG to not sync over. I was under the impression that WLPG saves the tag information in the photo. Is this incorrect?
Edit: Dumb mistake. I was testing with a PNG file that does not support tags. WLPG was writing tags to it's own database. Tried with a JPG file and the tags came over just fine. My mistake. Problem solved.
