When I entered just ipaddress and port in proxyserver registry key my ip shown in whatismyip.com is proxyserver's ip.

Here is Registry data enter image description here

But when I change the value data like this

user:password@127.0.0.1:8080

then my ip shown in whatismyip.com is my own ip not the proxyserver's ip. why?
