I am so frustrated can't find anything on Intuit community.

For some reason, when I pay out vacation pay to my employees, the amount is not being deducted from the the accrual. It used to be that if the accrual is $450, and you pay out the vacation pay, the next pay cheque would show accrual at $0.

I use the vac pay-accrual paid out to pay the vacation, but it's not deducted.

It's clearly not asking about how to do accounting, but about using such software. Programming itself might be off-topic, but we consider Visual Studio usage questions on-topic. – Daniel Beck Oct 16 '11 at 10:51
