I haven't seen any way to mount ubifs images on OSX. I'm trying to make a backup rom image for an android device that uses UBI for the file system, but don't see any way to mount the images I copied off with dd. I'm looking for the OSX drivers for this method. Has anyone had success with this, or knows of another way to do it on OSX? (I'd rather not need another linux box or Parallels.)

Never heard of a OSX driver for ubifs. -o loop isn't available on OSX mount, either. At least you can workaround mount using hdiutil. – Jens Erat Oct 25 '11 at 10:51
