In Windows Vista, if having connected to some wireless networks, the passwords have been saved. But when wanting to see the passwords, they are shown in dots, and when clicking the dots, they disappear. I wonder how to show the passwords in characters? Is it possible without installing other applications?

AFAIK Windows Vista does not support this without additional software. See the following question, which relates to Windows 7, but the recommended application should also work for Vista: How to get a stored WLAN "password" from Windows 7?
