I have the most recent MacBook Pro (Lion) and I've been running Boot Camp with Windows 7 Ultimate perfectly for a few months. I think I installed something while running Windows, however, that messed up my bootloader.

Whenever I try booting into Windows (holding Option key and selecting Windows), I just see a black screen with a blinking cursor at the top left. After a few seconds, the system resets.

I mounted the Boot Camp partition with Parallels in Lion and I can still access the operating system and my files just fine, so I'm assuming my bootloader got messed up. What's the best way to repair it?
