I installed UBUNTU using encrypted LVM .. like in the link below:

When I boot it prompts me for a pass phrase to decrypt , and it was working fine till I changed the user login password.

After changing the user login password I rebooted and now my de-crypt passphrase is not working (Ques: Is changing user login password can really be a reason ?)

Any inputs on how can I recover the password (decrypt passphrase), as the de-crypt pass phrase will not even let me login into the recover console.
