Change Status Colours in Microsoft Office Communicator

Question

I'm colour blind and can't easily tell the difference between the 'away' and 'available' colours used to show contact status in Microsoft Office Communicator 2007.

Is there any way to change the colours that Communicator uses to denote status?

It's Microsoft Office Communicator 2007 R2, if that makes any difference.

Example of what I see in Communicator now:

Both look green or orange or yellow to me :-/
