This happens only a terminal server for a single user. Sometimes when the user opens the attachment dialog in Lotus Notes (I don't think Notes is the problem here) he only sees some folders but no files / subfolders. It looks like this:
I think it has something to do with the mounted network drives. Any ideas how to fix it, without deleting the whole profile?
