I'm looking to build several fault trees. I haven't found an application I like and there are, surprisingly, no open source ones that I've found either. I thought about building an application in python - but I don't have time to get both a nice UI and the mathematical model completed. So, what applications have you used to perform Fault Tree Analysis (or did you end up building your own?)
