OK, I have an iPhone, I live in Canada, I'm on FIDO, I have a great data plan, but I'm unable to download anything over 10MB through 3G. Is there any way to lift this limit?

Also, my iPhone is jail broken. I do have VoipOver3G, but it doesn't appear to work for iTunes or AppStore downloads. I did attempt to restart my phone, no avail

Anyone get this to work?

You mean you can't download 10MB+ AppStore apps, right? – deddebme Sep 4 '09 at 5:28
@deddebme: Haven't attempted Apps, but if I try music videos, podcasts or songs, I get this error. I would figure the same applies to Apps – Chris Sep 4 '09 at 5:58

The author of VoIPover3G wrote 3G Unrestrictor which exactly solve your problem. Go search for it in Cydia (it costs $1.99).

Quote from its feature list:

It allows you for example while on 3G/EDGE/GRPS: Make free calls using VoIP software like Skype, iSip, Truphone and other applications Watch TV with SlingPlayer Watch high quality YouTube videos, just like on WiFi Download apps bigger than 10MB from the AppStore Download music, TV shows and podcasts bigger than 10MB from the iTunes Store

Works perfectly. It took about 6 tries to register with Cydia, as their process kept returning "Internal Server Error", but it eventually worked. – Chris Sep 21 '09 at 15:32
