I need to be able to create a bootable image backup of my server and then place that image on a harddrive for recovery purposes. It would be nice if I was able to backup the shadow copy components as well. Does anyone know of a good solution?

It needs to be able to run on Windows (x86 or x64).

Why was this closed as off topic? If it was meant for server fault, at least migrate the question. – qroberts Nov 7 '11 at 13:24
I'd also like to know why this was closed. I need to do the same thing with my Linux server. – modernzombie Jan 5 '12 at 18:30
